The booster stakes multiplier is a “high-risk/high-reward” feature that lets you stake multiple boosters on a single match to multiply your rewards when you win.

But if you lose?

Then you’ll lose all those boosters at once (unless you have shields to protect them!).

That said, here’s what will get multiplied when you use the booster multiplier:

• Stars: you need them to progress in the team events.
• Trophies: you need them to climb the ranks.
• Coins: you need them to buy boosters and perks.
• Event points: you need them to progress in the main events.
• Badge points: you need them to unlock and upgrade your achievement badges.

However, there are some limits too:

• You can use the booster stakes multiplier only with diamond, legendary, and SE boosters.
• You can use up to x3 multiplier if you have less than 30K trophies, but you can unlock the x4 and x5 when you hit 30K trophies.
• The booster multiplier is only available for PVP games.

How to Use the Booster Multiplier

First, choose your mode and hit “Play”:

Next, select the booster you want to use and you’ll see the “Multiplier” button to the left of the Play button:

Finally, select your multiplier (x2, x3, etc) and tap “Play” to start the match:

Why You Should Use the Booster Stakes Multiplier

The big rewards you can earn from every game aren’t the only reason why I love using the booster stakes multiplier.

So here’s why I use this feature a lot and why you should too:

1. It’s a HUGE time saver: so why do you have to grind through five separate matches which will take so long? While you can play one game with the x5 multiplier and get the same result. Especially when you’re busy but still want to finish your events before they expire.
2. Immediate “On Fire” activation: instead of playing three matches to activate the “On Fire” status (if you keep the winning streak of course), I prefer playing only one match with the x3 multiplier to activate it instantly.
3. Level up achievement badges faster: when you use the multiplier, your badge points are multiplied by whatever stake you chose. This means you can unlock and level up your achievement badges much faster.

Best Tips to Use the Booster Stakes Multiplier Like a Pro

The booster stakes multiplier is a cool feature, should I always use it?

No.

The booster multiplier is a little risky, so you need to know when to use it and when not to. So that’s why I’m going to share with you these tips:

Only use it when you’re confident you’ll win

Only use multipliers on game modes you’re skilled at, so you’ll have a high win rate.

But if you’re testing a new booster or playing a mode you’re not confident in, then stick to x1 or x2 until you find your rhythm.

To be honest with you: I only use the booster stakes multiplier when the season is nearing its end.

Why?

Because most pro players will be at high ranks, so 90% of my opponents are mid-level players.

Use shields to protect your boosters

Everyone has a favorite booster (I do too). Even if you don’t have a favorite booster, you still don’t want to lose strong boosters like SE or Legendary.

So before using the multiplier, make sure you have enough booster shields active to protect your staked boosters (in case you lose).

Moreover, you can use diamond boosters, since they’re cheaper and you can easily earn them through Match Masters gift links.

Use strong perks

When you’re staking multiple boosters, don’t cheap out on perks.

You need to pick the best perks to increase your chances of winning, and if you’ve asked for my advice.

I will tell you to go with Mini Cleo and Teleport, since they work well with most boosters.
