Match Masters Arcade: How to Play Matchinko and Dig It

Want to get free Match Masters boosters, perks, and sticker tokens?
Then you need to play Arcade mini-games.
In fact, Arcade and Seasonal Stories are some of the best ways to get free Match Masters gifts.
In this guide, you’ll learn about the Arcade and the types of mini-games, plus the best tips to get the maximum Arcade credits.
Let’s get started!
What Is the Match Masters Arcade?
The Arcade is a limited-time event in Match Masters where you play mini-games to earn Arcade Credits and Sparks.

You can use these Arcade credits in the Arcade Prize Center to get valuable rewards like boosters, sticker packs, and more.

To unlock the Arcade, you need to reach 30,000 trophies. Once you hit that milestone, the Arcade button will appear on your main screen.
Right now, the Arcade includes three mini-games: Matchinko, Matchinko Country Road, and Dig It. They’re based on luck and strategy. You need Mini Game Tokens to play them and you can get these tokens in different ways, which I’m going to explain later in the post.
Why Is the Arcade Important?
The Arcade is important because it helps you earn valuable rewards and make real progress in the game. Here’s how:
- It helps when you’re low on resources: You can win SE boosters, legendary boosters, and premium perks without spending anything.
- It helps you complete albums faster: You can earn sticker tokens and use them to unlock any missing sticker.
- It helps you finish Seasonal Stories: When you play Arcade mini-games, you earn Sparks. You use Sparks to complete stories and unlock big rewards like Super Spins and more premium boosters.
Types of Arcade Games
Match Masters has added three Arcade mini-games so far, and we’ll update this guide when more are released.
Let’s take a closer look at each mini-game and how it works.
Matchinko
Matchinko is an Arcade mini-game in Match Masters where you drop balls to create Match-3 combos and score points. It plays like a mix between a puzzle game and a Pachinko machine.

At the top, there’s a rotating arrow that shows where the ball will go. You tap the GO button to drop a ball, and each drop costs one Mini Game Token. You can press and hold the button to auto-drop, but it’s better to drop one ball at a time so you can aim more accurately and hit the right targets.
Your goal is to land the ball in a way that creates a match of three or more tiles with the same color. Each match gives you points, and the more combos you make, the better your final score.
Above the board, you’ll see three floating circles. The two on the sides are multiplier targets, and the one in the center holds five bonus balls. Each target has a progress bar, and you need to hit the same one several times to fill the bar and activate its effect.
When you fill a multiplier target, it drops a multiplier like x2, x3, x5, x8, x10, or x15 onto a random tile. That multiplier only works if the tile it lands on becomes part of a match.
If you fill the center target, it drops five bonus balls all at once. These bounce around the board on their own which can lead to big combos and help you score more points.
Now I will share with you the tips I use to get the most Arcade Credits from Matchinko:
- Drop one ball at a time using the GO button. This gives you better aim and higher control.
- Watch the arrow and time your tap when it points at the multiplier targets or the center ball.
- Aim for the center ball and you will hit the two multiplier targets too, so you can charge multiple bars with one shot.
- Hit the same target more than once to fill its bar. The effect only triggers when the bar is full.
- Trigger the bonus balls and multipliers when the board is ready with possible matches. This gives you bigger combos and a much higher score.
Matchinko Country Road
Matchinko Country Road is a different version of the regular Matchinko. The gameplay is similar, but the board has new features that make it more interesting and give you more chances to score if you know how to use them.

You’ll see a red tractor, six hay rolls, and four chickens. The hay rolls are empty at the start and they’re where the multipliers go. You have to hit the tractor to move it one step and it’ll fill one hay roll to drop the multiplier. It drops six balls when it reaches the last one and goes back to the start so you can do it again.
The chickens each have a white ball on their head. Hit one and the ball turns yellow. Hit it again and the chicken drops the ball. These extra balls can help you hit more targets or trigger extra combos, so don’t waste them.
You’ll also notice more pegs and blockers on the board. Sometimes they make it harder to land your shot, but they can also help you bounce into something useful if you time it right.
Matchinko Country Road doesn’t need a lot of strategy. The best way to score high is to focus on hitting the tractor so you can drop the six bonus balls and fill the hay rolls with multipliers.
Dig It
Dig It is a tile-based Arcade mini-game where your job is to dig up hidden vegetables buried beneath the surface.

Each board is filled with tiles—some are empty, and some hide vegetables. Your goal is to find all the buried vegetables to clear the level. These include turnips, carrots, eggplants, cauliflower, squash, and melons.
Every dig uses one Mini Game Token, so you need to make every move count. The less dirt you dig, the more tokens you save.
You might also uncover special pieces that reveal more tiles or help you spot hidden pieces faster. Once you collect all the vegetables, you complete the level and move to the next one.
Digging randomly wastes tokens, if you want to find veggies faster, here’s what works for me:
1. Start by learning the shape of each vegetable:
- Turnips take up 1 tile.
- Carrots take up 2 tiles, and they’re always in a line, either vertical or horizontal.
- Eggplants take up 3 tiles in a curved shape.
- Cauliflowers take up 4 tiles in a square shape.
- Squash takes up 6 tiles, placed in a straight line vertically or horizontally.
- Melons are the biggest—they take up 9 tiles in a 3×3 block.
2. Don’t just dig in one corner. Try digging in separate areas across the board. This gives you more chances to hit something early and avoid wasting tokens on empty tiles.
How to Get Mini Game Tokens
If you want to keep playing the Arcade and collecting rewards, you’ll need a steady supply of Mini Game Tokens. These tokens aren’t rare but you have to know where to find them. Match Masters gives you plenty of ways to earn tokens through normal gameplay, events, and daily activities.
Here’s how you can collect more tokens without spending anything:
Climb league ranks
When you win PvP matches and daily events, you earn trophies and move up the league ranks. As you climb, you’ll collect Mini Game Tokens from trophy milestones. If you finish the league with a high rank, you’ll also get a good amount of tokens in the final league chest.
Complete album pages or full albums
When you collect all stickers on a single album page, you earn rewards—tokens are sometimes included. Completing a full album can also give you tokens along with other rewards.
Play during Token Rush or Story Rush events
In these timed events, Mini Game Tokens can appear on the board during PvP matches and daily events. You need to match the tiles that contain the tokens to collect them. You can grab multiple tokens in one match, but you’ll only keep them if you win the match. It’s one of the most rewarding ways to earn extra tokens through regular gameplay.
Join in-game events
Tokens are often rewards in solo events, Match Rumble, main events, and even special challenge events. Just check the prize tracks before you start—tokens are usually mixed in.
Complete daily tasks and Master’s Challenge
Match Masters gives you three tasks every day, like collecting stars, getting extra moves, or donating a booster to your teammates. Each task gives you a reward, and sometimes that reward is a Mini Game Token.
You should also play the Master’s Challenge. When you complete a challenge, you can get Mini Game Tokens as part of the rewards.
Collect daily free gifts
Visit our Match Masters Free Gifts page to collect free Mini Game Tokens every day. And it’s not just tokens—you can also grab free boosters, perks, stickers, and spins. We update the page daily, so make sure to check in and claim your rewards before they expire.
Watch ads in the shop
You can get free Mini Game Tokens by watching ads in the shop. Just tap the ad button, watch a short video, and the token is yours.
If you have a Premium Pass, you don’t need to watch ads at all and you’ll get the token automatically. The Premium Pass lasts for 7 days and unlocks when you make any real-money purchase. It skips all ads, gives you access to exclusive solo events and daily modes, adds an extra sticker trade slot, and lets you collect exclusive stickers.
Spin the Lucky Spin and Super Lucky Spin
Match Masters gives you a free Lucky Spin every day. Just head to the shop, spin the wheel, and you might land some Mini Game Tokens. It only takes a second, and you’ve got nothing to lose.
Then there’s the Super Lucky Spin. It’s rare and not free—but the rewards are much better. If you’re lucky, you can win up to 150 Mini Game Tokens in one spin. That’s more than enough to keep playing in the Arcade for a while.
Team gifts
When you send a gift request to your team, there’s a chance you’ll receive a Mini Game Token. It’s not guaranteed and depends on luck, but it happens often enough to be worth trying. Since it doesn’t cost anything, there’s no reason to skip it.
Play team events
Team events often include Mini Game Tokens as part of the prize rewards. If your team hits the required score, everyone on the team gets the reward. Just join in, play your part, and collect your tokens when the goal is reached.
Use the Booster Stakes Multiplier
Booster Stakes Multiplier lets you risk multiple boosters on a single match to multiply your rewards if you win, and you can use it to multiply the Mini Game Tokens you earn from PVP matches. But only use it if you’re sure you’re going to win because if you lose, you’ll lose all the boosters you staked.
Conclusion
The Arcade is one of the best features in Match Masters if you want to win free boosters, perks and sticker tokens without spending anything. You just need Mini Game Tokens and a few smart plays.
You’ve now seen how the Arcade works, how each mini-game plays and where to get more tokens to keep going. If you focus on what works like aiming carefully in Matchinko or going straight for the tractor in Country Road, you’ll score higher and earn more rewards.
Keep an eye on daily tasks, events, league progress and the free gifts page so you don’t miss any tokens. The more tokens you collect, the more rewards you can claim from the Prize Center before the event ends.
If you’re ready to play, now’s the time to jump in and make every token count.
