How to Get Free Energy in Tasty Travels

Once you spend all the energy you’ve collected from the reward links, you’ll need other ways to get more.

Right?

Below, I’ll share all the methods I use daily so you can use them and keep your energy bar full too.

Wait for the refill

When your energy is below 100, the game refills it automatically, you’ll get 1 energy every 2 minutes.

To go from 0 to 100 energy, you have to wait 3 hours and 20 minutes.

But remember, the refill stops once you reach 100, so you need to check the game from time to time, or set a reminder if you don’t want to miss out on free energy.

Level up

You’ll earn free energy or energy chests every time you level up.

And to level up, you need to complete orders to earn tools and coins. Then use those tools and coins to unlock and upgrade buildings, which helps you level up.

Complete daily tasks and Tasty tasks

Tasty Travels has two kinds of task lists, and since both can give you free energy, I’ll explain both:

Daily tasks:

Daily tasks reset every day and give you small and easy challenges like collecting coins, merging items a number of times, or spending gems.

You’ll earn a reward for each task you complete (often energy or gems). When you complete all the tasks, you earn a chest that also contains gems and energy.

Tasty Tasks:

Tasty Tasks are weekly challenges where you have to finish daily goals such as completing orders, merging items, etc.

And then earn energy, gems, medals, and special badges. You have seven days (from Monday to Sunday) to finish them. As you progress and collect more medals, you’ll unlock milestone rewards.

And if you reach the last prize, you’ll earn a badge. Collect three badges, and you’ll earn a chest full of rewards:

Complete special orders

Occasionally, special orders will appear when you unlock a new producer, and when you fulfill one, you’ll earn an energy chest.

You can tell them apart from regular orders by their reward which shows an energy chest.

Watch video ads

When you spend all of your energy and tap an energy producer, an option to watch a video ad will appear.

If you watch the video until it ends, you’ll earn 25 free energy. You can watch up to four video ads every 24 hours. That’s 100 energy a day.

Participate in events

There are always limited-time events running which you can join to earn free energy and other rewards.

Most events have their own special tokens, and you need to collect them by completing regular orders, then use them in that event.

Complete card sets

You can earn free energy by completing card sets. You’ll get a decent amount for each set you finish.

And when you finish the full album, you’ll earn a huge prize containing hundreds of gems, an Omni item, tools, and energy.

You can trade your duplicate cards with friends, but you need to connect your Facebook account and have friends who play Tasty Travels.

Merge energy items

As you play, you’ll earn energy items from chests, but you shouldn’t collect them immediately because they can be merged into higher level items, which give more energy.

For example, if you collect a level 1 energy item, you’ll get one energy, but if you merge two level 1 energy items to make one level 2 energy item, you’ll get five energy, and so on.

Currently, there are five levels, so here is how much energy you’ll collect for each one:

• The level 1 energy item gives 1 energy
• The level 2 energy item gives 5 energy
• The level 3 energy item gives 15 energy
• The level 4 energy item gives 40 energy
• The level 5 energy item gives 100 energy

So if you merge two level 4 energy items into one level 5 item and then collect it, you’ll get 100 energy, whereas if you collect them separately, you’ll only get 80 energy.

Spend gems

Finally, when you have no options left and still want to play, you can spend some gems to buy energy or energy chests from the in-game shop. But keep in mind that the price doubles each time you buy one.

For example, the first chest will cost you 24 gems:
